House District 71 runs along the east bank of the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It stretches from Southwest Boulevard in the north to E. 81st Street in the south.

 

The district’s western boundary is the Arkansas River, while its eastern border is Lewis Avenue. The northern edge is defined by the Downtown Interdispersal Loop and 21st Street.
