Here's a partial recap from NonDoc about our March 14th Democratic Primary Forum, hosted by the Tulsa Young Democrats! I'm grateful to my fellow candidates Ben Riggs and Hudson Harder for showing up to exchange ideas and talk directly to constituents about their greatest concerns.

During the forum, Rep. John Waldron asked what the most pressing issue is for House District 71. I was proud not only to identify our greatest challenges, but also to present real solutions.
“Our homelessness issue has got to be taken care of,” Clinton said. “There is a housing stabilization fund that is, I think, some $200 million. But it’s [distributed] 75 percent to rural and 25 percent to urban areas. That’s not how our population is split up. So we really need to bring that more parity to that fund so that we can get more dollars to the urban areas. I grew up in Mayes County. I’m from a rural area, but we don’t have people sleeping on the corner in Mayes County.”
This is just one example of why I believe I’m the most qualified and best prepared to hit the ground running as your next state representative for House District 71!
Thank you to the Young Democrats for hosting, Rep. John Waldron for moderating and my fellow candidates Ben and Hudson for showing up and sharing your ideas for how we move Tulsa forward!
